I'm 56, got very short black hair, with dark brown eyes - unless I wear colored contacts. I'm built like a woman should be, all curves and temptation. A few years ago I was a clinical auditor but had to retire due to an accident. But I want to return to study doing herbal medicine.I've just enrolled in a distance learning course, then i gave it up as i prefer a class room setting, but i also have a couple of science degrees.I decided not to use them as I couldn't chop up bunnies & mice then come home and look at my cats to realise they could be on the receiving end as well. I'm quite easy going, enjoy a laugh, good conversation & bits of luxury. Which I have no compunction with supplying for myself [ms independent]. I am fiercely independent too much for my own good sometimes. I love soul, R&B, old school and reggae all of which I used to dance to till I dropped. Now its more of a gyrate and a wiggle! However in my quieter moments I also like Enya, Medwyn Goodall and new age music as well as light opera. I'm into all things organic,as much as I'd like to live in a tree and be an eco warrior its the 21st century, so I try to put back as I take out. I'm into aromatherapy, although not an Aromatherapist I like to make massage oils. I also adore perfumed candles - nothing like them for setting a mood. I'm also into Phytotherapy[Herbalism]/Ethnobotany [historical use of medicinal plants], the latter I studied at Uni. I love reading paranormal & fantasy, murder mystery. When my eyes start protesting I switch to an audio version. I'm a loon about growing food & cooking it. Nothing tastes better than grabbing food from the garden and putting on your plate - and only food inches instead of miles. I tend to get out of my pram in the face of cruelty, injustice and ignorance - typical Aquarius, being trained in Anthropology doesn't help. I'm divorced have 2 daughters & 2 cats.

I'd like to make new friends of both sexes. Who knows possibly more. Eventually I get around to going to meets.
