Im a happy balanced person and love to laugh (don't we all!).
I've been told I am easy to get on with and I do enjoy company, but also need my own space sometimes.
I love being out in the air be it be walking, gardening or relaxing on a lounger with a good book and a glass of white wine. Playing at the swingpark is fun too :-)
I prefer to be busy with something especially when the sun is shining. I'm not one for just sitting in front of the TV (unless my soaps are on.)
I love being in my muck, gardening, painting or doing 'odd jobs' but also enjoy the chance to glam up, paint my broken nails and have a night out for a meal, dancing, trip to the theatre, greyhound racing..... anything really thats not white-knuckle!!
I don't like nightclubs any more but barn dancing is great fun and doesn't let you take yourself too seriously :-)

I adore spending time with my kids and we do a lot together but as they get older I am starting to spread my wings.
I also enjoy reading (anything from the classics to chic-lit), meeting old friends and making new ones and just generally enjoying each day.
I am trying to visit places I havent seen before so have had a few trips recently. I've finally seen the Illuminations but still want to visit the Eden Project and have been to see Pompeii this year.
I have been lucky enough to see dolphins in the wild twice, but would visit them again whenever I got the chance. I've still got visiting a casino 'on my list' along with a pamper day at a health spa (I like to be girly too )

I've also just started a course with the OU, time to wake my brain up!
I have a reasonable job that supports us but I am not a career woman. I work to live, not the other way round. 

I am looking for lots of new friends, both virtual and in the 'real' world.
I like serious chat, silly banter and learning new things. You know that sitting up 'til 3am thing talking about everything and nothing :-)

I like where I am now but life can always get better.
Like most of us I'd like a partner, but to enhance and share things ... not because I 'need' someone to enjoy myself.

For now though I am looking for friends and who knows what might come out of it.
