Nuttynat (54) from Cheshire
Like to laugh, happy go lucky type of gal. Bright and bubbly, very optimistic. Am happiest socialising with friends but am also comfortable being on my own. Can often be found acting my shoes size at least once a day, have a good sense of humour, slightly on the zany side and I like to communicate with others.
Am totally honest, friendly and have a knack of making people feel at ease.
So, what are you waiting for? send me a message, you never know it might be the best thing you ever did!
Remember, life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile.
In the end we only regret the chances we did'nt take, the relationships we were scared to have, and the decisions we waited too long to make. There comes a time in your life when you realise who matters, who does'nt, who never did and who always will. So don't worry about the people from your past, there is a reason they did'nt make it to your future.
The eyes have it every time, and of course a nice smile. Someone who is happy with who they are, have a social life of their own, but will allow me to share in some of their hobbies and interests.
Communication is important, and consideration for others. Open minded, and happy to sometimes agree to disgree
I much prefer to chat to people in real life. I attend quite a few of the meetups, so why not come and say hello?

My hobbies and interests

Cooking
Love cooking, but not always for myself. really enjoy cooking chinese, but also like baking
Shopping
I like walking round shops, but really hate going into crowded shopping centres. I am a girl so of course I like shopping for clothes. Food shopping at the moment is something I have to do, but if I am creating a meal for friends I really do like to go to where I can get the best ingredients.
DIY
Absoloutely useless!! I have tools but most never get used, other than the screwdriver. I can change a plug and like painting and decorating.
Housework
I like my house to be tidy, but at the moment I am awaiting a damp proof course, plaster has to come off the lounge walls and also the first floor bedroom, once that is done I can then get on with redecorating and purchasing new furniture (oooh shopping again!!)

Dining out
I do like to dine out, my favourite meals are chinese, but also love a good curry, though not too hot (Rogan Josh is about as hot as I can go) But you cant beat a pizza after a film. I love French food but cant afford to go to the restaurants I know of.
Movies
Cant beat a good movie, but not something I like to do on my own, tried it once and it was awful I wanted to talk about the film and none of my friends had seen it. love the cartoon ones, finding nemo, shrek etc. Also like the romantic comedy's Sci Fi, and thrillers like 7.
Theatre
I do go to the theatre with friends, again, not something I would do on my own. Favourite of all time was Phantom of the Opera, but really enjoyed blood brothers, Cats, Grease, Miss Siagon. Grumpy Old Women was fantastic too.
Music
Wow, everything with the exception of hard rock and punk. I have recently discovered modern opera and was quite surprised how much I enjoy it. For me its everything from Kenny Rogers, Louis Armstrong, Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, Alanis Morrisett, Amy Winehouse, Carpenters, Savage Garden... so many how can I possibly choose?

Would love to go to a gig/concert and feel the atmosphere but not yet been to one. The live concerts I have attended have been at the Appollo with organised crowds. Like the pub groups and have seen many.

TV
I do watch TV but dont want the television to be my master, so tend to only watch documentaries, and fims. but have watched the whole of the 'coupling' series recently.
Watching sport
watching ice dancing, or dancing, but dont think that is classed as an actual sport. dont like football so dont ask me what the offside rule is.
Playing sport
I walk, dance and play the odd (odd being the operative word) game of badminton
Hobbies
I am a very 'crafty' person, like making my own cards, writing poetry and short stories. I read tarot and have a growing interest in crystals. I own an SLR digital camera and am still finding my way around all the settings, but for me, going on a walk with my camera is one of the most rewarding pastimes.
