MrRee    (60) from Lancashire

I`m new on here. Right me. I`m a widower of two years. live on my own. Had a rough ride over the last 15 yrs as my wife was disabled. Had a lot of sad times but now the past is behind me and I`m enjoying life.

So what am I up to.

Well I love traveling and doing different things. last year I went Skiing in Bulgaria in Feb, Zante for a quick week, Then I disapeared when I was 60 to the far east, did Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Where I met up with my friend and his wife, and had a little party, Lobster and Bubbly of coarse.
Then in October my daughter took me on a surprise holiday as a 60th present. A cruise down the Italian coast.
Then this year, went to the USA. First time. did Vegas, LA, San Fransisco, and the grand Canyon.

What else have I been up to. Went to see Swan Lake, Phantom of the opera, a play at the Octigan in Bolton and I`m booked to see a billy Shakespere show in Stratford. I do like the Theatre.
Also likes my music. went to see Meatloaf, Kyle and the Pouges live conserts. And there`ll be more.

Would like to get into a bit of dancing, fancy the latino or jive, but thats another day.
I`ve been round one or two art galleries recently I seem to be getting drawn to the grand masters.

I like going out for meals and to the Pub now and again, but not much fun on your own. and my tomorrow is prommised to no one


 

A friend recomended this site as there are group activitys, would like to join these and make new friends possably more
