About me

I am a smiley, positive person. I prefer to find reasons to be cheerful, rather than dwell on the negative aspects of life.

My life is good, but I hope to make it complete some day by finding someone special to share it with...that certain someone who can make my heart beat faster with just a smile.

Although I enjoy fun and laughter, I am also a rather private person, and I would much rather enjoy a cosy dinner for two than go clubbing. I love to travel to places new, but I tend to spend my time exploring, and taking in the culture, architecture and history rather than laying on a beach all day.

I am very feminine and like to be treated as such. ‘Vive la difference’ sums up my attitude. I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself, but life is so much nicer when two people enjoy caring for each other with an abundance of mutual love and respect.

Unfortunately, I also tend to be rather forgetful, disorganised and sometimes emotional. I also tend to wear my heart on my sleeve, but I am open and honest and what you see is what you get, so if you’d like to get to know me better, then I look forward to hearing from you. About you

I have no preconceived ideas as to whom I may fall for, and I am not keen to set any limitations in this regard.

However, it is likely that my ideal man would be the type of person who would recognise that we are all unique individuals with our own idiosyncrasies and flaws...no-one's perfect...not even him! ;o)

You should be willing and able to put the past behind you, and look forward to sharing a new and exciting future with me. I am looking for a real life relationship, rather than one which is conducted in cyberland alone by the prolonged exchanging of emails, thereby building up false hopes and expectations. I take the view that this site is for introduction only, and after that, we should move on to chatting on the telephone and arranging to meet in person as soon as possible.

Honesty, sincerity and integrity are central to any relationship. I find dishonesty a huge turn-off as it destroys any possibility of building up any trust, which is the cornerstone of any exclusive relationship.
