I'm tall, fit, slim, sporty, gregarious, with expressive blue eyes.
I'm self-employed but don't work at home too many distractions such as ironing (???) My job is very fulfilling, I work in architecture and landscape conservation and I'm currently studying for a post-grad diploma one day a week in London. Its the best decision I ever made and, apart from the stimulation of the course itself, there is the added bonus of experiencing the buzz of the city on a regular basis.
I have a wide range of interests, but don't pursue any one of them to the nth degree, and I prefer to listen than to talk about myself. I dont have time to read as much as I would like and I guess a few days in a cottage by the sea with a lover and a few books would be at the top of my lists of wants right now. I have a strong awareness of ethics and fairness and have been known to take part in the occasional protest.
I keep reasonably fit but rather than spend hours in the gym I get it all over and done with in one hour of circuit training each week that helps me to move around the tennis court that little bit quicker.
I'm quite spontaneous and have a tendency to make an arrangement or embark on an adventure without knowing or considering the consequences -I'll deal with them when the time comes....


 

What about you? Well, I have no clear vision of a potential partner, or even if that is an accurate description of what Im after. All I know is that you should be at ease with yourself, probably not conform to a stereotype, and maybe have a bit of an irreverent streak somewhere in your soul. But really, I would like to meet up with a guy with whom I can share some time and the things in life that I love (not just to help me fix the window catch) shooting stars, Bach, the Pixies, listening to the rain, the first cuckoo, getting lost, words, snow, beach-huts, cornflowers, rhubarb, my place, your place.
