Hi, I'm 54 and not bad for my age, so people say. I'm fairly serious and reflective but realise that it's what you do that matters and you make your own world. I'm sepersted with grown up children and live alone but have good contact with family which is important. I work in mental health with children and families.I enjoy music, cinema, theatre, eating out, walking. Fairly fit and walked West Highland Way which was amazing.Play a bit of golf and gym but not a fanatic. I love the sun, especially the Med. and Greece.Trying to quit smoking....but not wine. 

Would like to meet women for dates out, conversation, and friendship and possible romance and relationship if it happens...?
Bit of a technophobe and just got a computer so this is all a bit new to me.
