I am in my 70s. About 5ft6. of average build. I do not smoke. I like Marmite but have still managed to keep a good, if sometimes zany sense of humour. I can be serious when required. A retired NHS specialist. I work for a voluntary caring organisation and I hope that my colleagues see me as a sincere,honest and considerate guy. I have many interests - walking travel and playing sport. I am taking jive lessons. I sometimes contribute at folk music gigs. I am very much alive and kicking.

I would like to meet a lady to suit my real and pretend age. A petite lady with a zest for life, who likes to be hugged. Perhaps some of my interests. Maybe some of her own which I might like. Vegetarian? Definitely a N/S.
