My hobbies and interests

Cooking	Love cooking and experimenting with different things. Enjoy making curries, game cooking, using various fruits vegetables and herbs from my garden.
Shopping	Only shop when necessary. Enjoy going to auctions though.
DIY	Enjoy DIY and have even made a dining room table!
Housework	My house is a happy home and therefore not pristine (like my sister and mother's!) I like it to be reasonably tidy and clean but have lots of hobbies (jewellry making and art) so housework gets fitted in after other more fun and important things.
Dining out	I enjoy eating out. For preference I like indian and Thai food but will eat most things.
Movies	Dont often go to the cinema but enjoy it when I do.
Theatre	love going to the theatre but dont go anywhere as near as often as I should like as my ex didnt like the theatre. I recently went to listen to Ray Mears talking about his career in Survival!
Music	I enjoy most music apart from heavy metal and rap. My preference is for Scottish and Irish and other traditional music and 60s pop.
Gigs	I enjoy going to concerts,
Pubs	I like to go to pubs with an open fire and beamed ceilings for a social drink with friends - but do not enjoy seeing people get drunk.
Clubbing	not into clubbing.
Newspapers and magazines	I enjoy newspapers. I used to read them daily but dongt have time now so just at weekends.
Books	Rarely have time to read books - enjoy reading biographies or autobiographies.
TV	Rarely watch TV but when I do it tends to be DIY, antiques or wildlife or programmes like Upstairs Downstairs, Forsyte Saga or some of the older comedies.
Watching sport	no dont watch sport on TV - would rather be out playing it.
Playing sport	enjoy playing tennis and even had my first games of table tennis this weekend for the first time in 20 years!
Hobbies	I make jewellery and collage pictures.
