I like the harmless things in life, my idea of freaking out is eating a whole mars bar. I find perversions hilarious and racism intolerable.

If you fancy a meal out or a night at the pictures, I'm your woman. Visit to a garden centre? I'm the ideal companion. A nice girlie shopping trip has me stamped all over it. Boozy drunken spree? I'll be very late for that, in fact I'll never arrive. Basically, enjoyable but innocent is what I do best.

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I enjoy cooking nice traditional meat and two veg meals with the occasional exotic one
Shopping	Shopping is fun, I always enjoy a good shopping trip!
DIY	My DIY skills are very good, I can do most jobs myself
Housework	A reasonably clean and tidy house is comfortable to live in but I fit the housework in when there's nothing more interesting to do - or when it becomes pressing whichever happens first.
Dining out	All food is good food essentially, from McD to Maxim's and I eat very nicely with a knife and fork :)
Movies	Trips to the cinema are always fun, sci-fi and comedies are my thing, girlie chick flicks are not.
Theatre	I have been seen in theatres. The best live performance I saw ever might have been Talking Heads or it could have been Under Milk Wood in Welsh dialect.
Music	Musical tastes definitely eclectic and generally modern. Latest - VA Tank Fuel volume 2. Look for it on Youtube all 9 tracks on the CD have been posted there - not by me I hasten to add.
Gigs	I have no objection to live music but wouldn't seek it out. Unless it's Tiesto in which case I'll set off now.
Pubs	As a non-drinker I wouldn't choose a pub as a place of entertainment unless there was some entertainment :)
Clubbing	My clubbing days are generally behind me apart from virtual ones on the net
Newspapers and magazines	I only read the local paper which comes out once a week. Oh and the Weekly News, New Scientist, Mixmag, RHS Garden magazine, That's Life magazine and Viz at times.
Books	Currently reading Liverpool Miss by Helen Forrester. I wouldn't say I read many books and couldn't say what my favourite one is.
TV	The TV does work but is practically never on except to watch comedy DVDs like Little Britain or League of Gentlemen.
Watching sport	yaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn :D
Playing sport	My favourite sport is dodging the pointless waste of energy which could be far better used digging the allotment
Hobbies	I make films. They're quite good too :D

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	In ten years' time I want to be happy and contented. That about covers it.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Oscar Wilde (and I'd get him very drunk so he'd be totally over the top), Einstein (so I could tell him Bohr was right and he was wrong) and my grandmother, who is dead, just to spend time with her again.
My ideal date	A pleasant afternoon/evening/both on a nice sunny day, wandering around Haworth yattering, looking at the quaint little shops, chilling in the park and taking nice photos of the pretty flowers :D
What would I never, ever give up?	Breathing? Reason obvious really .
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	The cultivation of Daffodils in ridiculously large numbers? The main reasons why a consortium of middle aged women should be ruling the world?
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	Right here right now
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	One which runs social inclusion projects for people who are for one reason or another excluded from society
