Maybe misguided but I believe that deep down every one has a heart. Some of us are on the Yellow Brick Road and are trying to rediscover it. Friendship is a fantastic gift and should be treasured and nurtured.
I'm 5'8" medium build with blue eyes. I like music, art and interesting people who are the person they say they are. My ex and I remain parents and are amicably divorced. We may never be best friends but there are no issues. The children are young adults or teenagers now. I regularly see them but we are honest enough with each other for them to tell me when they are doing their own thing. The girls are the hardest to see because they now do lunch.
Being a man I'm confused because deep down I'm a knight in a modern world. There does'nt seem to be a lot of dragons that need slaying though. Don't compete in a friendship or relationship but not a door mat or wuss either. I have a sensitive side but prefer not to cry because pain is not good.
Life is a journey and friendship is a path. If your starting your journey that's OK. If you've finished I guess you know what you want. Having said that if your on a ring road and reading the signs maybe your still working it out.
Honesty and being the real person you are is important to me. Intelligence is sexy and I'm a sucker for a nice smile.
Meeting "The One" would be fantastic, making friends along the way is very good.
