About me

ok i'm 5'2'' hazel eyes, blondish hair, non smoker. Became a grand-mother in October 2007 . Originally used to belong to a international runnuing/walking club (HHH), now prefer a stroll along the riverside instead of running through South African bush/beach and mountain!
Watching Natal Sharks play rugby, ok will support England when not playing SA.

Quiet on 1st meeting but comes alive in the right company - are you that company? naughty sense of humour at times - best see the funny side of life.

I like 60's, 70's, 80's and most of today's music - busy upgrading my cd collection!. My favourite colour - blue (all shades). Prefer country pubs for quiet times but can enjoy a shout and stomp concert as well. Went to the 46664 Nelson Mandela concert in Hyde Park end June - absolutely enjoyed it especially Queen. Cozy nights cuddled up on the sofa, or snuggled up under the duvet reading a good book on a cold winter's evening. But especially feeling that certain someone's arm around me feeling protected and loved

Want to explore UK/Europe - a 2week camping trip in the 70's doesn't count.

Books I like reading are more forensic science fiction - Kathy Reichs, Patricia Cornwall etc, just finished another Dean Koontz. Tv programmes - wildlife, documentaries but not soaps or mundane reality tv.

Favourite foods - chinese, italian, pub grub, getting used to greek and thai - but not a curry lover, chocolate. Miss having dogs in my life.
