Maggiegolightly (67) from Dumfries and Galloway

I have retired for the second time and I have moved to Bonnie Galloway by the sea. I write and do creative things on my PC.
I enjoy my garden but not the doing bit. It would be nice to wake up and see the grass cut but I don't think there are any fairies at the bottom of the garden!
I recently got a rescue dog and we are getting to know each other. We like to walk and go for picnics to the forests or the beach.
I am optimistic (I will find the end of the rainbow one day!)I am cheerful(I like to sing along with the radio although I am sure no-one else likes it)I am energetic(I like to be doing something)
The things I like to do - my writing, walking, taking photographs, theatre, music, cinema, driving, dining out, dining at home with a friend, visiting new places. I like to try new things. I am not very sporty but I don't mind being a spectator.I am useless at golf.

I am looking for someone who would go places and do things with me. If it leads to something more that would be a bonus, but I would want to get to know the person first.
