I'm 28 years old (getting scarily close to the BIG 3-0!) and live just outside Stratford in Warwickshire with my boyfriend and Garfield, my fluffy ginger cat!

I spent a huge chunk of my life being stupidly shy and worrying far too much about what others think. I try not to be that person any more (although she does pop up now and again!)

I studied psychology at uni and then went on to get a basic counselling qualification before doing a variety of random jobs and eventually training to be a primary school teacher.

I don't have one particular hobby but love trying new things.

I do quite a lot of running and have taken part in several running events. Usual distance is around 10km. Love playing badminton and also enjoy gardening although don't always have much success with either! Don't watch much TV although occasionally I do get hooked on something - not going to give examples just in case it puts you off ;-)

I'm a very open-minded person and enjoy anything from a light-hearted chat to a deep and meaningful debate/discussion, and I love to hear other people's opinions! (I do have a tendency to play devil's advocate though)

I love all sorts of music ranging from The Smiths to Kings of Leon; Joni Mitchell to Counting Crows; Ella Fitzgerald to Incubus; and The Bangles to The Cure...

Anyway, enough about me...
