Lane (55) from Surrey

My daughter describes me as the matron of a small privately run institution for the emotionally educationally and socially challenged. In short, I am a mother. A wife. A juggler.

I live in the UK but grew up in America. My husband is also a transplanted person who first came to the UK when he was 12. I sing (second alto in a large choir). I read. I tend my garden and keep house. I watch the cats. I play with the kids. We have a new pup and I am getting use to him!

There is not much more to say.

I would enjoy finding people to chat with. I like a good sense of humour. It would also be nice to eventually meet up with some women who live close to me - either in Surrey where I am based or Essex where I spend a great deal of time.

I am liberal in nature. Moderate in all things.
