What am i like? Intelligent but not in to arts and music, love the countryside and appreciate the simple things in life. Learn something new every day (not always intentionally). I like to laugh and have a good sense of humour ( I really do need that I work in Health and Social care!)
Not interested in jetting around the world, just love these islands of ours and the people in them.
Want to win the lottery so that I can give up work (but who doesn't?)and I certainly wouldn't be bored.
Spent many years bringing up my children on my own, still have two with me and they just won't leave! Recently became a granddad. Love my children unconditionally, (don't we all) but didn't realise that the support we give goes on and on (that wasn't in the training manual). Never be rich, but never in debt, so i don't live the high life, just do what i can afford to do.
Don't like posing for photographs so if i manage to load the one i have that's why i'm not smiling but don't let that scare you.
I just want to enjoy life and not have too many hassles and lots of laughs.
I am a reasonably practical person, but if i can't fix something then i leave that to someone who can. I am a good listener but not always a good talker although i do have my moments, worst trait is that I find it very difficult to tolerate fools and people who lie.
This all probably sounds really boring to some but hey, we are all different and that's what makes the world an interesting place to live in.

I am looking for happy people to talk to intially, as we all know it's difficult to meet people as we all have our own daily grind.
It would be nice to meet someone who i get along with well and vice versa, spend time together, enjoy each other's company and do the enjoyable things that couples do, but work together to solve any concerns that may arise
