katiec (54) from the West Midlands

I find myself thrown back into the lions den (well that's what it feels like sometimes). I am 48, been on my own for 4 years and now really on my own as my children have flown the nest. They do come back from time to time but the in between times can be very quiet. This has prompted me to try to regain my life as time is ticking by. I have no idea what I want to do or what I am looking for in life but it would be nice to chat to people in a similar situation once in a while.

I enjoy the cinema, theatre (given the chance), good company and to laugh. Have been known to take salsa lessons but had to stop that due to other commitments. I do keep fit a couple of times a week so not just a couch potato.

Apart from that I am just an average looking person I suppose but dont posess a camera hence no photo. Promise I dont look like Shrek although my work ID badge photo has turned me green!

Someone who enjoys similar things to me. An easy going person with a good sense of humour.
I would enjoy just chatting online from time to time. I am not necessarily looking for Mr Right but companionship once in a while would be nice
