I would like to start by saying I am not looking for a bunch of new friends and to go serial dating. I am now looking for my life partner. If what I have written resonates with you then please get in touch, if anything puts you off, then you are not him!
Some would say I'm quiet, depends how well you know me, others think I'm a chatterbox! I love entertaining, being with friends, dancing, eating out, theatre, sunshine, travel and animals. Not outrageous,or particularly competitive, and you won't get me doing karaoke or making an exhibition of myself. I believe things will always work out, I am very patient and easy going most of the time, (if you push me too far I will eventually blow a very big fuse). I do have a tendency to put others before myself, and I'm aware of this and keeping it in check now.

I work for myself and have done for the last 14 years one way or another. At the moment I am deciding what else to do as I fancy a change. I have a couple of buy to let properties which I look after. I also have my finger in a couple of other pies! I am a qualified accountant, though that really wasn't me and I don't do it any more.

I like eating out especially in nice restaurants ( nice doesn't have to mean expensive, it does mean good food, and ideally service too). I like the theatre and have been going frequently this year.I enjoy salsa dancing and I have been learning Bachata and Kizomba. Salsa means I can also follow ceroc/leroc if that's your thing. I would love to meet someone that I can dance with.

I love the sun and like to go on holiday several times a year if I can and would like it too be more frequently :-). I am interested in seeing new places and also love to just veg in the sun with a book.I do also ski and usually go once a year.

I have a growing interest in all things spiritual and alternative therapies etc. At the moment I am focussing on Intuition

My beliefs follow the Universe and we are all one line, I do not "do" religion. I am happy for others to have their own beliefs as long as they don't want to ram them down anyone else's throats :-) So I wouldn't mind if you are religious yourself, though if you are very active it might seriously get in the way, because I couldn't support it.

I am a vegetarian who eats fish, I don't do mega junk food - no burgers and coke, sorry. I juice daily, and like to have a reasonably healthy diet, though I do also like chocolate ;-)
it is my intention to remain reasonably fit though I am not a gym bunny. I do plenty of walking these days with the dogs.

I don't have children, and don't want any. If you have children I would need you to have a life away from them and for them not to be spoilt. Sorry if that sounds selfish, I prefer to be realistic.

I love animals and have two dogs. They are part of the package now so if you don't like dogs you are not the one for me ;-)

I have my own house and car, I can do independent... I am still relatively new to my local area, plenty still to explore if you want to help!

You will be secure about who you are and know where you are going. A man who knows his purpose in life, and who's cup is always half full! (or even always full)
Someone who is interested in travelling, meeting friends, and quality time together, meals out and in, dancing, and maybe personal development, who is and wants to remain reasonably fit and healthy, and is financially secure. (I'm not after your money however I don't want to keep you either!)
I would like to settle down with someone who shares similar interests and who wants to be the man and look after me. Not that I want to be a little wifey, I don't. I do want the man to be the man and me to be the woman in the relationship. So you would be in control without being dominant, loving and caring without being a wuss, in your masculine energy ...... ;-) A few old fashioned gentlemanly values !

Someone who respects my views and feelings, wants to be my best friend, is fun, caring, romantic, tactile, not a workaholic or a martyr, and can make me laugh. Someone who wants to get to know me, is thoughtful enough to reflect that in their actions. You will also be someone who puts their relationship high on their priority list.
And if you can give a good massage.. all the better!;-)
