JSSP (58) from Merseyside

I'm enthusiastic in everything I do. I walk, hike and generally try to get and stay outdoors, even in the rain. I play tennis and squash badly.

I am at my best when surrounded by friends. I love entertaining and try to hold a party every few months, if only to persuade me to tidy the house.

I don't know whether or not I believe in finding that 'perfect someone' now, but I'm still optimistic. I appreciate I'm far from perfect, but I'm caring, generally happy and want to continue leading life to the full.

I teach in FE, which is just one of the many careers I seem to have had along the way. Again, my enthusiasm helps my students realise who they are and what they are capable of doing.

I've lived all over the UK and also in the USA for 15 years, so have an interntional outlook on life. I managed to pick up dual nationality, so have 2 passports.

I want to meet people who realise that life is very short and we need to do as much as we can in the time allocated to us. I want to meet honest people and would like to meet someone for a long term relationship, rather than a series of dates that go nowhere.

I want to get out and about and do things. As long as it is with like-minded friends, I will tackle any adventure.
