There are all sorts of reasons why you would want to get to know me, and all sorts of reasons why you wouldn't. I'll let you decide...

My strengths; I'm friendly, warm, witty, independent, good fun, intelligent, creative, a good cook!

My weaknesses; I can be a bit disorganised (at home - not at work!), slightly untidy, poor sense of direction, can't drive (but have a tricycle!), bit grumpy when tired, talking too much, shoes and bags and . . .

My likes:

- people who take themselves too seriously
- the contents of recycling bins.
- people who lie
- spelling/grammatical errors
- people who’re too agreeable.

I have a fairly full life that I enjoy. I have two jobs - I am an English lecturer and also work part time as relationship therapist. I've got three children - all 18 and over. I'm generally quite an outgoing person. I love adventures and, to be honest, most things in life!

I'm a happy and positive person. Not sure how much that's about getting older and therefore reaching a stage in my life where I'm confident about me as well as being more realistic about relationships and life generally!

What am I looking for: well not too sure about type really. I don't think we know who we might be attracted to but probably have better idea about who we’re not interested in. I think I’m attracted to very different people for different reasons. Someone who can laugh and make me laugh is really important.Trying not to analyse why I joined this site too much but guess I'm looking for some fun, friendship and who knows what else!
