Immpy (53) from Buckinghamshire

I'm happily divorced, mother of two children who are leading their own lives, I love to travel and have been lucky enough to go to many beautiful places in the world, my favourite I have to say was the Maldives, and I hope one day to go back there. I would like to explore Europe a little more, my friends tell me that Venice is wonderful, and I plan to go, do you fancy coming along?

I do like to entertain, there is nothing like sitting around a table with friends and sharing a bottle of wine or too, and love to play after dinner silly games, I love to bake, from birthday cakes to delicious desserts. There are still things I would like to do, such as take up golf, learn how to ride a horse, play the piano, and even to salsa. Theatre is a love of mine and don't go as often as I like, and the cinema too. Fine dining in local restaurants with a nice crisp bottle of wine or even a bottle of bubbly, with friends or better still with you all to myself ?

I can be spontaneous and love doing things on the spur of the moment, why plan, just do, I am creative and can turn my hand to most things, including some DIY, I like to work, and do not need to find someone to keep me. I might seem a strong character, I'm not, I'm a real softie... ... .

I love and respect in equal measures, I do like manners and yes sorry ladies I do like the door opened for me, and my chair pulled out for me at the table, 'manners maketh man' as they say, I like gentlemen and it cost nothing but some of your time. I find immense pleasure in small things, laughing until my sides ache, the back of my neck kissed when least expected, holding hands, outward displays of affection, being hugged 'just because'. The way one looks at each other when in love, no words have to be spoken. My friends would describe me as kind, caring and sensitive, and wear my heart on my sleeve, well my friends would wouldn't they, but it is up to you to discover the 'real' me.

I like being part of a couple, it isn't much fun on your own, you can always go out with your friends, but you always go home alone, I want someone to be there for me, to be the rock I depend on, someone to trust and know they will not let me down, is that too much of a tall order? With a relationship come's love, honesty and respect, and in our transient society this seems not to be able to be achievable, can you prove me wrong?

I hate mind games and manipulation, it is a waste of everyone's time, it only hurts and offends people, if your not working, do not have a photo, or just want to take advantage then please move along. I am looking for man who is kind and caring, who is family orientated, with old fashion values, make me laugh and smile again.
