You`ll find me around on the boards from time to time, more on the light hearted threads, don`t like toooo serious.

I`m just an ordinary down to earth person who`s getting on with life and now has more freedom as her siblings have grown up. I have two daughters,( 21 and 24) one had flown the nest and made a life for herself, the other still lives with me. I feel proud of them both. Where have the years gone? my little girls all grown up ...lol...I have a loving family and some close friends in my life, who i value and are important to me.

I am a genuine honest caring person and a good, loyal friend to those who do know me well enough. I have a GSOH and a fun side to me, but i can have a serious side too. We have all had pasts and had to deal with situations in our lives and hopefully get over and thru them , then the only way is to go forward. I like having a bop ! ( dancing ), going the cinema, bowling, can play crazy golf..lol..picnics, walking, drinks with friends, days out and plenty of laughter.

I`m not the world`s best cook but i try.. I would rather mow the lawn than mess about in the kitchen..lol..I work full time and enjoy my job.

Life is for living whatever ups and downs it throws at you, so enjoy !!!!

I know someone who`s life was almost taken away from him a few years back. he`s an inspiration to life it self. It put`s my own life into perspective.
 

At this point of my life i`m only looking for friendship on this site men/women. For me romance is out there in the real world, forever optimistic me ;-0

The Value of a Smile

A smile costs nothing but creates much.

It enriches those who recieve without improverishing those who give.

It happens in a flash and the memory of it lasts forever.
None are so rich that they can get along without it, and none are so poor, but are richer for a smile.

Yet it cannot be brought, begged, borrowed or stolen, for it is something that is no earthly good to anybody, `til it is given away.

And if it ever happens that some people should be too tired to give a smile, why not leave them one of yours?

For nobody needs to smile so much as those who have none left to give.
