I find myself sitting, looking and thinking...about me. Not something most of us are used to. Well I presume people don’t, but I might be missing something! I tend to think about others and usually put them before myself. I used to be to kind for my own good but have wised up rather a lot in the last few years and don’t let people take advantage of my trusting, good nature. I’m very understanding, listening to what the other person has to say and try to put myself in their shoes to see their point of view and not to judge them, whether I’ll agree with them ...? but always willing to help if I can. I love dancing – any kind, but especially ‘dance’ music – I think I’m too old for my body! or just young at heart, not sure. I get on much better with people who are younger than myself, if I’m with older people I think I have to ‘behave’ and not be myself, not that I’m naughty of course! Mmmm ...fantasy books ? I mean the ones with elves and dragons and goblins in although, could probably be interested in the other kind! I’m probably most happy curled up on the sofa watching a film, TV or maybe even one of those fantasy books! I like most films but really like scary or disaster ones. I’m not much of a chick flick movie person but they’re ok too. I enjoy exercise but too lazy to do it so if you’re into it you could be just what I’m looking for, if not, we could be good for each other! The things that I’m passionate about are my two children, 16 and 18 years old that live with their father a couple of miles away. Love them to bits even if they are both taller than me! My mum and Dad, they inspire me after being together for 54 years they’re still in love, holding hands and having a sneaky kiss and cuddle when you’re not looking. Driving, I love driving, but if I say I turn my music up loud and drive around in a Nova, what on earth would you think? The coast, beach combing, the sand, the sun, and the... the sea, still and calm or wild crashing on rocks, stir so many powerful emotions deep inside..... and that takes me back to being passionate! I’m also a romantic at heart, even though I can look after myself, kids, home, car and anything else, I still like the door being held open for me, small surprises and...Oh go on then... even being spoilt on the odd occasion, etc. I haven’t travelled much in my life so look forward to doing some in the future, not sure when or particularly where but the world will hopefully be my oyster that maybe I could share with someone. As much as I love animals I have to stay away from them as I’m allergic to the majority of them which saddens me ? I feel that I miss out. I might be able to help myself though; I’m doing a year’s course on professional Hypnotherapy. It’s really insightful and some of things that you’d never think of seem so logical when dealing with it. I’ve given up smoking ? with it. I set a date, recorded my own script, so it was very personal to me, of Hypnotherapy which I listened to five nights in a row and hey presto, I can now proudly say...No thanks, I don’t smoke....So when I’ve (hopefully) passed all of my exams and I’m qualified, I can set up my own practice or work through one of the private hospitals. Actually...I need someone to practice on...I don’t suppose you’d be willing....? Yeah, you would? Cool...OK,... take a nice deep breath... And let me take you deeper and deeper.

To meet people similar to myself although I've heard that opposites attract! Kind, honest,thoughtful and caring etc. Making new friends is always good and if it leads to anything further then that's even better :)
