Hatshepsut    (62) from Tyne and Wear 

Initially shy but GSOH; serious when necessary; calm in a crisis; caring and compassionate; loyal to friends. Have an interest in politics; I like making jewellery, when I can; glass painting; taste in music is fairly eclectic: Native American (no its not all war-chants), Portugese Fado; Mali womens group, pipe and drums (New Year/Burns), Tinariwen, (a Tuareg group) but no techno; I am a spiritualist and 'into' tarot, crystals, runes and related things; saving to go back (again) to Egypt and learning Arabic for that; have been told I have a dry sense of humour and it can be a bit off-beat and occasionally warped but would be MORTIFIED if anyone took offence cos it is usually aimed at myself; I enjoy the company of others but also quite happy with my own company. :) I have one adult child. 

Tall, dark and handsome? Not necessarily! GSOH, someone to share the laughter and tears, music and food with are far more important. A friendship first that may possibly lead to romance.
