running my own part time creative business, working part time in the charity sector. Living happily in Bristol for eleven years. Good sense of humour, down to earth, creative, happy to embrace Technology but dislikes Materialism. likes long walks with dog ending with cosy pub meal etc, travel, arts, films, being generally happy. Went to a crap seventies/eighties comprehensive in Torquay- managed to escape, so have been largely educated in the university of real life, able to communicate, and shut up and listen when required, can also give a kick up the arse when wanted, quietly confident, intelligent and interested. Have some very good close friends, alas have left a few behind on the road of life still partying or moved on, so would like to seek some new as its always good to see a film with a mate and you can watch each others back's in a dodgy dive like the water shed!
Things I value are honesty, kindness, understanding, being able to talk and challenge, and spiritually support each other around the kitchen table when needed, as life is crazy fun and never predictable Having their own life with a healthy independence streak like me is important, just as long as the trust and communication abound. I was a smoker for many years, so now have a very healthy energy that I would like to use in a spontaneous way
