My hobbies and interests

Cooking	Love cooking, especially for friends. Nice relaxed evening over some scrummy food.
Shopping	Shopping with the girls is great - even window shopping. Wouldn't put a bloke through it though unless essential.
DIY	Not exactly a DIY disaster, but need help. Willing to admit blokes are better at it.
Housework	Not really houseproud, but like to de-clutter occasionally. Kitchen has to be reasonably clean though.
Dining out	Eating out is great and love to try most new things.
Movies	Too many to mention but mostly classics, britflicks, Coen Brothers, oddball stuff sometimes. Could talk about films for hours.
Theatre	Theatre is great, although don't like anything too heavy or hyped up musicals.
Music	Love most music, rock, pop, disco to name but a few. Have loads of fave bands.
Gigs	try to see bands as much as possible. Small, intimate venues are best. Pub bands are usually worth the effort.
Pubs	Pubs are not like they used to be, but a glass of lager or wine with a laugh over the pub quiz is fun.
Clubbing	Occasionally like clubbing - like to dance to good music.
Newspapers and magazines	Only the quality newspapers, on a daily basis as they buy them at work!`
Books	Too many favourites to mention, but I like a good murder mystery.
TV	BBC3, BBC4 & E4 have become favourite channels.
Watching sport	Don't mind a bit of sport now and then.
Playing sport	Only do keep fit (aerobics), but walk as much as possible.
Hobbies	Wish I had a passion, but don't. It would make me a better person.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	Retired and travelling around the world, doing interesting things, visiting interesting places.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	John Lennon, Michael Hutchence & Kurt Kobain.
My ideal date	I don't think there's an ideal. Go with the flow. If you like each other it'll work.
What would I never, ever give up?	Chocolate - do I need a reason?
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	Education - it's going downhill rapidly.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	London - swinging 60's
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	Animals - there are no bad animals, just bad humans. Maybe a bit to save trees also, but children's charities deserve some as well! No, would have to spread it around.
