I'm honest and caring, fairly easy going.

I used to work in manufacturing engineering but now I have a simple stress free job, unfortunately, working shifts.

I have two grown up daughters that have both left home but they are still the most precious thing in my life.

I don't watch much TV and will look in the guide for programs rather than channel hop. I enjoy films, comedy and good drama. I listen to the radio, comedy and music, and take an interest in current affairs. My taste in music is quite diverse, Mozart to Motown, Alexandra Burke to Led Zeppelin, pretty much anything goes.

I live on my own with a house and large garden to keep me occupied. Also trying to de-clutter and slowly putting all of my music and photos on to the computer.

I am happy to socialise with anyone but I guess in these enlightened times I should indicate that my 'significant other' would be female :o)

I find the tick boxes 'Dating/Romance' too prescriptive but I would like the opportunity to go out and have a pleasant time with someone. Start casual, a drink, a meal, the cinema or theatre, I enjoy all of these.
We can meet as friends and see where it leads.
