About me

I am a young-looking 58 year old with a young outlook and have short, grey hair & blue eyes. I am a loving, caring and optimistic person, loyal friend, and my intention in life is to grow old disgracefully and enjoy each day to the full. I have a VGSOH and have loads of interests including listening to all kinds of music (I'm an old hippy at heart and still listen to Floyd (psychedelic), Skynyrd, Zappa, Beefheart, Airplane etc), bopping til I drop (especially to 60s stuff and rock) , juggling, reading (esp Sci-Fantasy), singing, walking, going to the gym regularly and enjoying myself! I have a very positive attitude to life - my glass is always half full - and am fun to be with. I can also be serious! I love being single and enjoy being free to do what I want, when I want and with who I want! I have a large group of friends but always happy to meet new people. I value friendship and like to take time to get to know someone.

I was a vegetarian for 25 yrs - and now occasionally eating a bit of fish, but no other meat! Also as a non-smoker with low-grade asthma, I don't go to pubs and clubs anymore!! (Hopefully this will change when the non-smoking ban takes effect!)
