About me
I'm always open to change, something new and exciting - from developing a project in the depths of toughest Africa to meeting someone interesting in London. I am fascinated by how similar most of us are, beneath layers of cultural differences, whether inclined to yield to convention or in a state of permanent social rebellion (I am somewhere in the middle). Ready to share life's grand events as well as the intimacy of unspoken thoughts. Busy and happy professionally, much international travel, working hard to keep fit and enjoy life as much as I used to when I was 25 (I am still 25 in my head but the mirror no longer agrees with me!). Enjoying all my kids and spending time every day with my youngest (7 and 12) when in London. In love with Bach and Tom Waits and skiing and the South of France and with so many other things, and quite happy indulging in long breaks when there are no immediate deadlines. A perfectionist in matters of work and design generally, but relaxed about other people's views and pursuits and not a workaholic. I have come to value thinking time as heightened enjoyment, and life as meaningful only when shared with like-minded others, in all its pleasures and pains.

I expect you are full of surprises and hard to keep up with at times. But also ready to be shaken out of acquired routines. None, you say? Apologies.
Open and sociable, when not fed up and withdrawn - normal, in other words (assuming that we could agree on something as controversial as this!). Strong sense of humour or willingness to develop it. Finally, I hope you feel as young and driven as I do, even if you are more of a realist.
