.Well a little about me... I live in Bolton Lancashire (or is it Greater Manchester these days!) I love the theatre very much and have taken an active role in the past. At one time I aspired to be a professional actor but never got past the one-line stage! Theatre wise though, I still take an active part in acting and directing. I love travelling and want to see as much of the world before I die. bit of a culture vulture I suppose, I prefer to see and experience new things rather than sit on a beach. I have two grown-up children who do their own things these days. My eldest is in the Army and has grown into my adviser it seems. I live very comfortably in Bolton and have the things most people would give their right arms for but haven't got that someone to share it with. Now here's the tricky bit.. The person I am looking for HAS to know the meaning of the word honesty!! I seem to have attracted women in the past who want to be with me, and when I eventually let my barriers down They let me down. It's as though the chase is over. I have wondered if there is anyone out there who wouldn't lie to me! God, I suppose I am sounding like some bitter rejected loser! That's not the case I assure you, I just would like someone who would like me for who I am and not what they would like me to be. I consider myself fun to be with, courteous, understanding and loyal, and so do my friends. They tell me that I'm kind and gentle too and would make someone very happy! I hope they are right.. preferably before I get my bus pass!! Thanks for listening, x
