I've been separated for 2 1/2 years and have learnt a lot about myself in that time and am ready to move on to a new phase in my life. I have three great kids, 15, 19 and 22.
I'm a fairly fit guy who prefers to be out rather than in. Play badminton and swim. I'm open-minded, and always happy to try new things. Generous especially to the right person!  

I'm looking for a best friend, an equal, someone open and honest. I'd like that person to be independent, if you've been through a break-up you probably have learnt the value of your own independence as I have.
