i am a professional lady,who enjoys good conversation,and laughter.which is the best medicines for everything.i like the countryside and the coast.i like musicals and good plays and films.
i like all kinds of foods,especially seafood.
i like the 60's music and some modern and some clasical too and when in the mood some rock music.

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	i can cook anything and i eat most things.i like to cook english food as well as foreign foods.curry,meatballs,pasta,meat and veg
Shopping	enjoy sometimes.not a big window shopper.go to the shop or supermarket only when i need to.
DIY	i can do some things but i would not attempt diy
Housework	houseproud,but like my home to feel lived in.
Dining out	i like chinese,indian and a good steak.i love all types of salad,not keen on fried food or chocolate
Movies	my favorite movies are historical films,comedy,some of the more recent releases such as,mama mia,
Theatre	i would like to go more often,i like to go to musicals such as grease,joseph.nothing too heavy.
Music	i am a bedroom bopper,nothing too fancy on the dance floor im afraid.i like the 60's music some clasical and some modern.definatly no heavy metal or beeb bop.i have been known to let my hair down on occation and take to the dance floor.
Gigs	i have not been to a 'gig' in years.but i would go to see any of the 60's groups.
Pubs	i love a pint?? yes i do enjoy beer more than wine or spirits.i do drink wine and spirits on occation.
Clubbing	my clubbing days are over but thats not to say i wouldnt go to a club ever.
Newspapers and magazines	i like to read the daily newspapers when i get the chance.i usually buy a magazine or 2 when i do my shopping and i like to do the crosswords.
Books	i usually read before falling asleep.i like historical novels but do not have to be romance.favorites include,Woman of Substance.Penny to Cross the Mersy
TV	i am choosy about what i watch,i like emerdale,documenteries,classical films,news,sometimes,wildlife programmes and nature programmes.
Watching sport	i watch gymnastics,some footy[world cup]but tend to leave the sport watching to others.
Playing sport	you are joking.i would love to play some sport but nowadays my sport preferences is limited to swimming,which i do like and i am a good swimmer.
Hobbies	i like gardening,and untill recently i had 2 dogs which i miss very much.i enjoyed walking my dogs.i like to walk in the countryside or along the seashore.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	i would like to be retired and living near the coast.or in the country,enjoying the company of a like minded person
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	mae west,,john wayne,angela lansbury.
My ideal date	a picnic in a country setting,sunshine,lazy afterneoon,getting to know each other and not feeling uncomfortable with silence.
What would I never, ever give up?	my grandchildren because i love them so much.oh and my mascara.oh and my hair brush and blusher and.lol

If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	america after the civil war.because it was a time of hope and enthusiasm and building of better lives.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	i would give it to save the children.
My "and finally" section ...	i am a down to earth sort of person,i am not faized by the rich and famous.i believe we are all equal and am against class/creed discriminations.i never judge anyone without first getting to know them.and finally i believe that beauty is only skin deep and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
