My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I enjoy cooking when I have the time, not exactly cordon bleu though.
Shopping	Don't love shopping, you won't find me trawling up and down the shopping malls. Its in, get what I need and out...job done.
DIY	Not too bad at DIY...I can put my own flat pack furniture together when needed.
Housework	Somewhere in between houseproud and slob. Its clean but certainly lived in hehe
Dining out	I enjoy eating out. Italian, Indian, the usual. Just as happy at the local pub and carvery though.
Movies	A lot of my favourites are old ones...Highlander, The Graduate, The Italian Job. I do enjoy the cinema and would like to go more often than of late.
Theatre	Last thing I went to see at the theatre (apart from the panto) was Fiddler on the Roof...very enjoyable.
Music	Quite a broad taste in music from heavy rock to country, some pop and r&b. I can't seem to get on with jazz though.
Gigs	I like the stadiums and the more intimate clubs. Open to seeing live bands even if I don't know much about them as I like the atmosphere...definetely don't go as often as I'd like.
Pubs	Enjoy a social drink but its not the be all and end all. Happy to take the car and drink OJ and still have a good laugh.
Clubbing	Not much of a clubber it has to be said.
Newspapers and magazines	No...never have time to read a paper or the glam mags.
Books	I am a bedtime bookworm ;0) Enjoy thrillers to classics and lots in between.
TV	Have to admit I watch the telly even though its a dirty word to many! I dip in and out but am not compulsive about much apart from ER ;0)
Watching sport	Don't mind watching a local team but not fussed either way.
Playing sport	Nope.
Hobbies	Strange and unique hobbies? Blimey I must be really boring...pass me by for sure lol

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	Back at work as I do miss it even though being a mum is rewarding.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Just 3? Too many authors, actors and musicians to choose from. Keith Moon for the laughs, Richard Montinari for the chat and..and...no, its no good, you'll have to be the third person!
My ideal date	Somewhere relaxing where it would be easy to chat but also fun.
What would I never, ever give up?	My daughter, she is my first, my last, my everything.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	That is such a difficult question, I am passionate about a lot of things.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	World war II An interesting period in time for women especially
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	Too many charities to choose just one.
