Hi,I'm young for my age, keep myself in shape by going to the local fitness club,I don't do botox, fillers or anything false, wear very little make up ( no need to scrape it off at night then! lol ). I have a dry sense of humour and I am not afraid to laugh at myself.
For the past 10 years I have been self employed as a complementary therapist working with mostly the elderly. I also work with animals giving them Reiki Healing. I love animals (cannot abide cruelty to them),and have felt this way since I was small.
Friends think I am quirky, fun to be with, honest, trustworthy, generous and caring, plus I have been known to give away my last Rolo! I am not an Eastenders fan, nor do I care for the soaps. I don't care which hollywood star is seeing who, how much they spent on their last home, or who they are having an affair with! I care about my friends, family, and the everyday injustices I see in the world. I like good conversation, walking, going for bike rides in the country, dancing (ceroc), eating out and in, cooking a good meal, watching a good film,and drinking a nice glass of dry white wine in good company.
I enjoy my life but I am missing that special someone to share the everyday things with. I know that you are out there and that we will connect sooner or later. It's just a matter of time before our path's cross!

I am initially looking for friendship with someone who connects with my sense of humour, and I his. It would be good if he likes animals and I am not talking about chicken and chips here!lol. I would prefer someone who keeps himself fit and has pride in his appearance, is confident, personable and possesses a quick wit. He will care about others, and not be mean spirited, having a number of close friends who he meets up with on a regular basis.
If there is a connection and attraction between us,the friendship will hopefully become a serious one leading to a long term relationship, which is what I am actually looking for.
