My friends and family say I’m easy going, have a gsoh, am reliable, honest, loyal and loving.
I enjoy being active and love the outdoors – walking, camping, caving, skiing, cycling, diving/snorkelling (BSAC Dive Leader). Not a particularly sporty person - little interest in football or cricket. I like visiting new places and have travelled widely although there are several countries e.g. Australia, NZ, Peru, Chile, India and many others that I haven’t been to but hope to visit.
I like pubs, bars and restaurants with character, good atmosphere, quality food, beers and wines. I enjoy most kinds of food but am not a ‘foodie’ – cooking is something I can do but I've no ambition to be the next Master Chef!
At home I listen to a wide variety of music: Rock, Pop, some Jazz, Reggae, Blues and sometimes Classical.
I enjoy reading fiction & non-fiction.
TV – Little Britain, Hustle, Grand Designs & DIY Rescue, documentaries and history programs. Not interested in soaps e.g. Corrie, ‘Fagenders’ etc.
I’m an electricican, practical and can tackle most DIY problems. One ambition is to do a self-build house – probably more than one as it can be a good way to make money!
Sorry, but I’m not a fashion victim – I don’t have any 'designer' clothes - labels don't impress me. On the other hand I've NEVER owned a shell suit. I do own some nice suits however and enjoy being both smart (when required) and casual. I appreciate quality ‘things’ but try to achieve value for money on my terms. I do enjoy auctions – live ones as well as Ebay.
I have lived in Nottinghamshire for most of my life – it’s an interesting county with plenty to see and do plus it's central to the UK. I really like Derbyshire too as the Peak District has some unique places.

I'm pleased to say that MSE works - I found a wonderful lady through this site and we're happy together and hopefully will be so for a long time to come.

So, to all those people who have viewed me, made me a favourite, hugged me, kissed me....I thank you and I hope your Mr Right comes along very soon.
