My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I used to love cooking but its not so good when you are on your own. I love chinese food, stir fries, salads, am partial to a decent roast meat and vegs too Not really into spicy food, although I know some are good for you
Shopping	If I have money I love it, and if I dont I do without
DIY	Im a total DIY disaster. Its a case of standing back looking at something and then shouting HELP. Im known as Ms. Non Technology to my friends
Housework	I love my house to be clean and tidy but theres only me to mess it up and I dont listen to what I tell me to do. Figure that one out if you can
Dining out	I love dining out but not all of the time. I love chinese food as stated above
Movies	I loved The Colour Purple and dont laugh, but I also love Son of Paleface, made before I was born. I didnt know films had been invented then. I have Movies Channel on my Sky, so dont go to the movies nowadays. Like to put my feet up in comfort and some nibbles and watch.
Theatre	Its a long time since Ive done anything like that, but I could get interested if I got the chance, but nothing too highbrow
Music	I like most kinds of music, I had the daughters fed up when they were young listening to Glen Campbell, then got into Meatloaf, Guns n Roses, & my grandson plays lead guitar at RocksCool, so I have no other choice but to listen to rock music now. Dont tell him, but Im proud of him at the 02 Arena in Newcastle. He's just turned 13 & good.
Gigs	Noise avoider given the chance, hehe. My favourite band is Black Lightning (grandson's band), go to the 02 every 3 months at end of term gig for RocksCool. Come back disorientated and dizzy for a few days. Prefer to watch their DVD at home, in comfort.
Pubs	Not into regular pub visits, but occasionally like to go. My tipple is bacardi & coke. Not a frequent drinker. A bottle lasts me a year.
Clubbing	clubbing days are behind me these days, but no regrets.
Newspapers and magazines	dont have a lot of time to read them,
Books	Current book is The Celestine Prophecies and The Tenth Insight. Read it about 4 times before, always interests me
TV	I like watching Emmerdale, Corrie & Eastenders, because they make me appreciate the life I lead. I like factual programmes, Discovery Channels and music channels.
Watching sport	not interested. Take eldest grandson to basketball, cricket, football, etc. but dont watch. Not interested. Take a book or a crossword & sit in the car & do it.
Playing sport	these days, none.
Hobbies	Bred trained showed worked dogs for 30 years. Am a qualified spiritual healer with the HPAI and do Reiki and crystal therapies.
