Cooking	I like cooking fancy French, interesting Italian, careless curries, typical Thai but most of all enjoyable English
Shopping	Starting to enjoy shopping but not on Saturdays... I'm not that mad
DIY	I can put together flat pack furniture and there doesn't seem to be that many bits left over
Housework	I like things kept neat, tidy and clean. Everything has a home and it should be put back there!!!
Dining out	I prefer a night in with exceptional food and company but I do enjoy country pubs and the occasional lively bistro. A highly recommended Indian Restaurant is my favourite though.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	I would like to be a saint but that's not going to happen so to be at peace with the world would be a great start and helping others with their problems would be nice
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	Ghandi, James May, Ross Brawn
My ideal date	Cheryl Cole... in my dreams. However would be nice to go for coffee, see a film and another coffee or meal after.
What would I never, ever give up?	Cycling... it keeps me fit, saves me money, gets me out and about, you get to meet new people and you see some amazing countryside.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	Cooking
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	Val d'Isere, France..... I lived there for 6 months. It was the most amazing time of my life. I met and worked with some fantastic people, I got to wake up with stunning mountain views everyday and I skied some of the best slopes in the world.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	Battersea Dogs Home....... dogs give unconditional love.
