I would call myself a practical dreamer - full of creative ideas, and in the process of manifesting them. Life is as real as you make it, and I live in the real world.

What do friends say about me? I am loyal, considerate, affectionate, a good listener, entertaining and imaginative. What am I looking for? An attractive companion to share my adventures and introduce me to new experiences. I'm into creative projects, live music, ale/gin/red wine, cooking, Summer festivals, walking, running & swimming, and trips to Europe. I enjoy challenging perceptions and dodging pigeonholes. I try to treat everyone with equal kindness and respect, so don't be shy.

I'm pretty sure that I've replied to every initial PM I've received from members with good intent. I expect the same respect and politeness in return. 

I am always open to making new friends with a similar outlook and interests and I hope to meet a woman who causes spontaneous inspiration to happen! I'm happy to meet women on a one to one basis without expectations on either side. If dating follows friendship, that's good. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to permutations of friendships and relationships if the communication is clear and honest.

I've proved beyond doubt that I am self-sufficient and happy to be alone. I do however love to socialise and exchange ideas with people, so a similarly unique independent companion is what I seek.
