I like to enjoy my spare time as I work very hard at my job. I enjoy dining out, cooking dinner for friends, going to the coast and finding a nice little pub and have a drink and a meal, a night in London at the theatre and maybe a bit of sight-seeing. I am always up for trying something different!! as long as it does not involve going under water! I love birds and wildlife, all animals actually.
I work as a chef for an outside catering company and I love it! We work at some amazing places!!!!!

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	It is my career and I enjoy it very much.
Shopping	Getting a bit lazy with shopping and if I can find it on the net I am a happy bunny.
DIY	Will give it a go! Depends what it is
Housework	Housework is that necessity in life. Does anyone really enjoy it. I just get on with it but am usually thinking about what I would rather be doing.
Dining out	Love Love Love it. As I cook for a living there is nothing better than having someone else cook for you, even Beans on toast prepared by someone is a treat.
Movies	Enjoy going to the movies. Don't really have a favorite genre of films, depends who is staring in them but I don't like Horror, I get scared.
Theatre	The theatre is amazing. The last show I saw was Billy Elliott at the beginning of the year 2011.
Music	Enjoy listening to music, like to think that I can singing along. In my wagon at the moment I am playing 'The Script' brilliant. Yesterday it was 'Foo Fighters' (my daughters)
Gigs	Am going to see Take That in June. Love the atmosphere of a big gig. Went to see take that and it was fantastic not just the concert but it was the the first time I had been to the new Wembley wow!! such an amazing feeling inside that stadium.
Pubs	I have a confession that I do like Real Ale, I blame my mother as I was brought up on homemade beer !! A nice wine with a meal . Pimms in the summer is always a good one and a good Brandy in the winter. But I am not alcohol dependant !
Clubbing	Been there done that in my youth
Newspapers and magazines	Don,t really bother with it although will pick up the odd magazine for a train journey or a flight. Too expensive really and some mags a full of adverts.
Books	Enjoy a good book. Again not any particular genre. Books recommended by friends, from book club (radio 4) left on trains or charity shops, will give them a shot. Just read a book about the 'Great Famine' in China in 1958 -62 where 45 million people died. Although very sad, interesting as only recently old achieves have been made available for historians/researchers and consequently writers.
TV	You can't beat watching a good film, curled up on the sofa on a rainy day. Like nature programs drama documentaries. The Tudors has been my recent big must see.
Watching sport	Will watch most sports. Looking forward to the Olympics its going to be amazing.
Playing sport	Don't get much time for taking part these days although I am doing the 'race for life' this year
Hobbies	Whats left after everything that I have just written?. Just booked to do a 'falconry' day which involves handling and flying the birds as well as learning how to look after them.
