Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I am 54 years old and am looking to meet someone to share some common interests. I would be quite happy to share day out in the countryside or a nice evening in watching a dvd. Might even cook the meal if you could stand my cooking!
I live in Leeds and would prefer you to be local for practical reasons. I have been told I am honest cariing and genuine with a dry sense of humour. I am not a party animal, and certainly not a dancer. However i do enjoy country pubs and tea rooms. I am not one for holidays in the sun prefering cottage holidays in the lake district. I have a demanding job which is very important to me, as is my daughter and grand children. I have varied interests which include walking , swimming, cycling, and my garden. I am not expecting to find an activity partner although it would be nice to have someone to walk with. I am looking for friendship initially and not a one night stand. i am not looking for someone particularly glamorous or exciting, just a normal, caring and gentle woman who likes the simple things in life.
