Denbo    (51) from Lincolnshire

mmmm, not the easiest part, for anyone I guess. Ill start with what I like to do, given time and opportunity and in some cases a nice sunny day.

I like day trips to go exploring, it doesnt matter where, sometimes the unplanned trips bring the best surprises. Favourite places at the mo are in the Peak District, Bakewell and just on the edge of the peaks, Matlock Bath. Lots of places Ive yet to discover, some much further afield and it would be really nice to find a friend to explore them with. Always find the time to stop for a meal, maybe in a country pub or fancy restaurant.

I like the theatre, though dont go very often, maybe that will change!! Concerts too, country fairs, lots of chat and stimulating conversation, laughter, sun, and rain! landscapes and thunderstorms.

I like shopping,. Not food shopping, thats a necessary evil, not my favourite thing to do, but going to buy pretty much anything else is fine by me, assuming the bank manager doesnt ask why I am suddenly in debt!

So what next, sport. I watch a bit of motor racing and go to events occasionally. Im not really into football, used to be, but its lost its appeal. Having said that I am patriotic and like to see England win at whatever sport that are taking part in.

Telly next. I watch the occasional series, things like Cracker, Cold Feet, Ny-lon, Spooks. Top Gear of course, though none of these would keep me from doing something better. I like progs like Horizon and Grand Designs, (we can all dream). Im not a soap watcher, but if you happen to like them, thats absolutely fine. I like some history and geographical progs and the occasional film.

So I managed to get this far without describing me, but theres no escape now, so. I am loyal and honest, compassionate, romantic and generous. The photo was taken December 2004. I am happy with life and where I live and work but all this would be so much better with someone to share it with, so now Ill try to describe you. 

You are someone who makes me smile, even when you are not around, thinking of you will bring a smile to my face. Hopefully it will work the other way round too! You could have some of my qualities and I could have some of yours. A sense of humour would be good, whether it be dry, sarcastic, warped or whatever, cos we all need laughter. I dont have an ideal of the person I am looking for, well know soon enough if we are going to gel and become friends and maybe given time possibly more than friends, but theres no hurry.
