Debbie    (44) from Essex 

I am often told by friends that a have a great sense of humor, and often find myself in situations that others - mainly my friends - find hysterical. I am the sort of person that likes to have a go at most things, and if I fall flat on my face - well I tend to bounce back in a fit of giggles.
I enjoy most foods - used to be a chef you know, and love entertaining when given the opportunity. Music wise - general most but I do have a particular love for rock.
I like to read, and have made a New Year's resolution to read more books out of my comfort zone, and even having a go at writing myself.
I have various hobbies, and this year have really got into going to the gym. This is partly because back in 2005 I broke my back, and after two successful operations - and not spending my life in a wheelchair - and lots of rehabilitation, I am now working towards the London Marathon.
So all that aside, why am I on here, well I need to widen my circle of friends and try new things. What my accident has taught me is "Live for today" and "Life is not a rehersal", which are now my main mottos. So if you would like to get to know me better then please get in touch, and please, please, don't judge a book by it's cover; there is more to me than can be said over the pc screen wink, wink!!!


 

Perfect guy, does one exist? If you have a good sense of humour, flexible, like music, good food and life in general, well then thats a good start.
