What can I say? Its never easy to talk about yourself but here goes. I am an active person who is never happy just watching life pass by. I have to be taking part!

Dancing is something I have always loved and it helps me keep fit, I also like to visit the gym and workout - this is always followed by a leisurely swim and sauna. That's the best part!

I live in West Norfolk and love to walk along the beaches, watch the sun go down over the sea and be blown sideways by the howling winds … lol I have children who have flown the nest and have started families of their own but are still a major part of my life.

I am not looking for a miracle, just someone with similar interests and who can laugh with me. Someone who is active enough to keep up with me and who can enjoy life to the full. There is no time to dally in this life.
