Feels like I'm writing a social CV!! lol, here goes.

The most important thing in my life is my 10 year old daughter, so she deserves the first mention me thinks. She may not live with me, but she does play a part in my life, so if this bothers you, then we're not suited! Sorry to be blunt but honesty is the best policy.

I've recently come out of a long term relationship as it wasn't going anywhere and never been married. so I need something positive to happen in my life now.

Friends have described me as quiet, eccentric, good looking (yeah right lol) and always up for a laugh. I may be quiet but I can hold a conversation!

Being a typical bloke, I love motor racing and tinkering with cars, well thats what comes of playing with Lego and mechano when I was a kid, ok ok - I admit it, I'm still a bit of a kid at heart! Unlike most blokes, I'm not into football and I don't understand the off side rule!!

I also love films, being a typical guy - I love a bit of James Bond! though unlike most guys who would love to be him, I'd like to be Q! (Nothing wrong with a good gadget, my favourite is my Ipod touch - why didn't I buy one sooner!!!)

I have been described as a touchy feely person . If that means holding hands and being affectionate etc, I'm not going to argue on that!

My taste in music varies quite a lot, mainly on my mood but generally I listen to rock/ heavy metal or Old skool club music, or if I really want to chill out, it's Jean Michel Jarre. My favourite bands are Oasis, Guns and Roses, Robbie Williams and the Prodigy, so you can see my tastes are quite varied.

Goals and aspirations, hmmm - tough one. Professionally, I've accomplished that though and enjoy my job as a research and development engineer.

What makes me unique? I'm a quiet guy but that's not to say I'm a shrinking violet. I'm willing to try new things and experiences and as already been said make the most of it! I'm not quite a thrill seeker as I hate rollercoasters so I'm a pretty relaxed person who doesn't take himself too seriously!

I've learnt painfully that life is too short, so it's best to make the most out of things while you can - seize the moment as they say!

Someone warm, kind and someone to share life's journey with
