Circe    (52) from Northumberland

I guess I'm pretty independant, having supported myself and my three kids all my adult life. I enjoy going out but also like to be in. I don't "do" tv but will watch films now and then on dvd. I read loads and can spend too long online though I don't have regular access. I have a couple of pets but not a houseful and spend my spare time between my partners house and my own. I like to be self supporting, not just in the obvious way but also by growing and producing as much as I can of what I need. I have recently started keeping bees which is a very steep learning curve, but amazingly addictive. I'm a pretty rural type of person, my partner is a city boy which always causes amusement but works well. I dig and plant his huge garden, he fixes my vehicles and knows techie stuff. 

Just to make a few new friends, hopefully. I live with my lovely partner, and am not looking for romance but friendship is always good.
