My hobbies and interests

Cooking	yes I do but it would be traditional cooking like steamed puddings but love also Cornish pasties and cheese scones. Baking in general.
Shopping	Not a great lover of shopping unless I have to buy something in particular.
DIY	DIY disaster zone. However I can get myself out of trouble when things go wrong.
Housework	Houseproud and homely but then there is only me so its easy really.
Dining out	Yes I adore eating out......chinese or fish and chips (real ones)
Movies	Something I dont get all worried and on the edge of my seat with. Have seen all the shrek films!!!! comedy films like shrek are my favourites.
Theatre	Bring it on.....love the live theatre when it is music. or a well known comedy play...nothing heavy like shakespeare although I have seen as you like it and enjoyed it.
Music	wide selection of music varying on the mood from rock to ballads 60s and even some 40s. Also a lot of modern stuff but not rap. (typical reply for my age eh?)
Gigs	Local band fan but being a woman I cant go to a pub on my own.
Pubs	see the answer above....being a woman difficult to go into a pub alone.
Clubbing	no clubbing
Newspapers and magazines	I like reading magazines and get very involved in them from National Geo to She all of which I see in the dentist doctor or hospital (rarely) but never buy them.
Books	Fact books....never fiction as I am a realist.
TV	There is no other company so the box is a noise in the corner. Rubbish but womens progs.
Watching sport	Watch match avidly if it is my country or my town or my village playing.
Playing sport	no sport.
Hobbies	I am a woolspinner (spinning wheel) also a machine knitter.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	settled with another half.

My ideal date	a cup of coffee or a picnic in the park.
What would I never, ever give up?	My animals (2 dogs 2 cats) because I wouldn't take their lives. They have been there for me when I needed them most and asked nothing of me other than food.
