Umm what can I say about me...
Well I'm definitely not the usual guy you meet on dating sites. for a start I will actually show up if we arrange to meet and will look like and match my profile. I'm not a stalker, psycho, weirdo, game player or just after sex. I have good personal hygiene and no false teeth!

I'm intelligent, I know how to have a serious conversation about more than football or cars. I've got a great sense of humour, I like clever word play as well as mucking about and just being a bit goofy. Eddie Izzard, Bill Bailey, Harry Hill and Peter Kay all make me laugh.

I'm strong, confident, self assured and happy with who I am. I'm totally open and honest about everything, I'm not into playing games with peoples emotions, meeting people is hard enough without that! I'm far more intelligent than my education level on my profile suggests but saying I have a degree of some sort when I don't would be lying.

I love to hug and kiss. I'm tactile, affectionate and demonstrative, I love to hold hands in public. I like shopping (yes guys who like to shop do exist!) I like going out for days visiting little country towns, wandering through the lanes holding hands, visiting the shops and local pubs. Then returning home to a warm house, chilled wine, great movie, huge sofa and long cuddles. I also like local theatre and have seen some great and occasionally awful productions recently.

I work in London, live in Hampshire and have family in Surrey and Kent so I travel around quite a lot. I work in IT for local government, I work hard so I like to unwind when I get home in the evening. I have a very big movie collection and I like to chill out on the sofa with a glass of wine and a good film in the evening.

My musical tastes are very eclectic to say the least, I have everything from Michael Bublé to Marilyn Manson in my collection but I suppose I lean toward classic and contemporary rock. Daughtry, Staind and Evanescence are currently my favourites. Sci-fi, Action and Horror would have to be my favourite movie genres although I love all cinema.

I'm a big guy, in every way, height, width, length, girth and personality ;-) I'm hairy all over (except for my head) I'm passionate, adventurous and experienced. For a man of nearly 40 (Eek!) I have a very youthful approach to life.

About you

I'm looking for a girl who is smart, funny, loving and soft. Someone who is independent, who has her own life (and doesn't mind that I have one too). Someone who likes spending time with her friends but looks forward to seeing me too. Someone I can talk to, laugh with and cuddle up to.
