I am a rare bird. I've been a single dad of two boys for 11 years but they are now reaching the point where they don't need me much. I am well educated, thoughtful, tactile, sympathetic. I don't smoke and drink rarely. I was a surveyor but now work in various fields to ensure I am there for my children. I love to sing and like theatre and most of the arts. My tastes are simple and i'm looking forward to travelling more as I find more time for myself 

I'm not really looking for anything. It would be nice to meet interesting, different people and enjoy their company. If I managed to meet a woman in the process that would be great. I don't have a 'type' in mind, but I do like demure, well spoken women who like to be women. I've taken care of myself and my boys for so long that I am totally independent, but miss company and closeness. Maybe midsummerseve can change that.
