Hi,my name is Cathy and I am 44years young,and am getting divorced.I have 3 children aged 21,20 and 17,who are my world,along with my 2 beautiful grandaughters,aged 4,and 9 months.I am a qualified nurse,and i worked from the age of 17 untill recently until a back injury has stopped me from returning to the job I have loved for such a long time.I love animals,and I have 3 rescue dogs and 2 cats. I am a bit of a home bird,but I love going to the cinema,going to restaurants,visiting my friends and socialising, I love to chat,infact I hate being alone.

I am looking for an honest and sincere person,for friendship and the possibility of a lasting relationship. Somebody kind to restore my faith in men,with a good sense of humour,a partner that I can feel comfortable with and laugh with again.He must obviously need to like children and animals.

My hobbies and interests

Cooking	I love cooking,I just hate washing up ,lol,I cook a very good traditional roast, a mean chicken curry and steak with creamy peppercorn sauce,and a good spag bol.
Shopping	I like shopping,even window shopping when you aint got any money,however I tend to be a bit slow so whoever is with me tends to get a bit fed up if I am honest,but a quick poke and a "hurry up" is all it takes,lol.
DIY	DIY disaster,if there is an accident that can happen it will happen to me.
Housework	I like my house to be a home,clean and tidy,but not a show home. I don't panic when the grandkids pull all the toys out,they are quite easy to put away when they are finished with. I like people to fell comfortable,relaxed and at home when they come to visit.
Dining out	I love to eat out, I like lots of different foods,I'm really not hard to please.
Movies	I love going to the pic's,I like comedy and I love to be frightened - but I do watch horrors through my hands,lol. I like rom coms and action,but not at all keen on the war films and martial art films ( unless its the rush hour films).
Theatre	If I go to the theatre it would be to see the musicals in the West End,Sister Act was fantastic.
Music	I like many types of music,pop,dance R n B,soft rock,some classical.
Gigs	I dont go to gigs,too many people,not a lover of huge crowds.
Pubs	very rarely go out,but it would deffo be a glass not a pint,not a big drinker.
Clubbing	not a clubber anymore,sadly.
Newspapers and magazines	dont usually read them.
Books	not much of a bookworm,usually only reading when I am updating my nursing knowledge.
TV	love the box,the soaps,reality tv,comedy,action,drama, and of course Jessa Kyle.
Watching sport	love to watch the six nations and the odd man u match,like gymnastics and wimbledon.
Playing sport	My sport days are over because of my back and my joint pain.
Hobbies	My animals,like I said previously,I have my 3 rescue dogs and 2 cats,and if I ever won the lottery I would give a bit to the childrens hospitals,and some to my kids and my family and close friends, and I would use the rest to open an animal sanctuary for abused and abandoned animals.

My hopes and dreams

In ten years I see myself	I would just like to be happy and settled with a partner who I could trust to love and respect me as much as I loved and respected them,and being able to laugh with them.
Who would I invite to a dinner party?	My mam,my daughter and my lil grandaughter Lacey-Leigh.
My ideal date	a movie,and then out for a meal and a chat after.
What would I never, ever give up?	my family and pets.My family are my world but my pets have benn faithfull and there,when I have been at my lowest through some very hard times.
If I had to give a speech on a subject I was passionate about ...	I would shy away from giving a speach,I would never have the confidance to stand up infront of people and speak,but the things that i feel very passionet about are cruelty to children and cruelty to animals.
If I could visit anywhere in the world at any time in history	I wouldnt want to live anywhere else,I love Wales and am very proud to be Welsh,and well I wouldnt want to live at any other time either.
If I had a million pounds to give to charity	Half to childrens charity and half to animals charity.
My "and finally" section ...	not really,you have to let them have something to ask about on your first date,lol.
