Firstly - problem for some but not for me - I'm in a wheelchair - I'm not here for a carer though (but cuddles would be nice!), I'm very proud of my independance!

I describe myself as a bit of a hippy - not a drug taking one - joss sticks are quite enough for me.

I hate conflict but it doesn't mean I won't stick up for myself.

I'm a Reiki Master and make earrings with healing stones.

I love all animals (some from afar!). I am in the last stages of my application for an assistant dog and live with my one-toothed cat.

Listening to music is another love of mine - meditation, 80's and soft rock being my favourites - not keen on jazz though.

Open air music concerts are great in my book. I was lucky enough to get to the Princess Diana Memorial Concert this year (it was brilliant!)

I love to laugh - I'll root out a funny side of anything if I can.

I forgot to mention my tattoos - all 7 of them. So here goes in the order I got them: Devil on my bum. cherrub on my left shoulder, sea-horse on my wrist, flowers around my belly button, butterfly on my knee, lotus flower on my right shoulder and Reiki (written in Japanese) on the top of my spine.

I'd like to meet people that think on the same wavelength as me.

Looks do not matter to me, finding someone who I can enjoy their company and laugh (lots) with is more important.

Even though it would be great to meet THE one, it would be nice to meet new friends.
